Mr. Booth appeared in superior Court today. After being granted the ability to represent himself.  He finally fells that his case is now going forward. No more bad attorneys to way him down.

Mr. Booth told me: "I fell like they are going to use this self representation to dismiss my case"

January 29, 2025

today Mr. Booth, will be appearing in Madera County Superior Court. I spoke with Mr. BOOTH yesterday,  he is excited about the courts finally hearing his case.  The District Attorney in his case,  Mr. Petersen, is trying so hard to prevent the truth from coming out. Fabricated photos were used by Madera County District Attorney to get a wrongful conviction. Mr. Petersen is asking the court to coverup the actions they used to convict Mr. Booth.

The court unsealed Mr. Booths Court transcripts on his last court date, January 24, 2025. You are incuraged to look at all the courts records

January 24, 2025

Mr. Booth,  went to court on in January 24, 2025.

ATTORNEY BONNIE BITTER DID NOT SHOW UP FOR COURT.

MR. BOOTH FILED A MASDIN MOTION. GRANTED BY THE COURT. SIGHTING MRS BITTER FAILED IN HER DUTIES AS AN ATTORNEY. THEREBY WITHDRAWING MRS. BITTER FROM HER ATTORNEY DUTYS

MR. BOOTH HAS REQUESTED THE COURT ALLOW HIM TO REPRESENT HIMSELF.

THE COURT SET A DATE TO HER A FRETTA MOTION ON JANUARY 29, 2025

November 1, 2024 Mr. Booth was provided a new attorney  [Madera Alternate Defense] (Mrs. BONNIE BITTER)

BONNIE BITTER,

never seen Mr. Booth, she never talked to Mr. Booth. Madera County attorneys are over worked they can't defend clients in criminal cases.  The attorneys overbook the calenders just for money. Never mind justice

Welcome to Patrick Booth Innocence

We are a unique Social Media Management company based in Oakland, California, specializing in advocating for the wrongly convicted. Our mission is to amplify the voices of those who have been silenced by injustice.

Such as Mr. Patrick Joseph Booth,  December 2004 Madera County california wrongfully convicted Mr. Booth. False evidence was used by the District Attorney CORRUPTED District Attorney.

CORRUPTION MADERA COUNTY CALIFORNIA

It all began with a simple idea

Mr. Booth, has claimed his innocents from day one.  ERNIST JOSEPH LICALSI, a corrupted District Attorney that is now a Madera County Superior Court Justice. Mr. Booth has attempted to tell his story to the world,. However, deaf ears is what Mr. Booth found.

The amount of evidence of his innocents is overwhelming.  From DNA, to fingerprints,

20 years Mr. Booth has been incarcerated for a crime he had no knowledge of, and took no responsibility of doing.

Let's look at what corruption looks like.

  1. Notice in the photograph Mr. Booth's mustache was photo-shoped. The suspect was missing a tooth.
  2. A line up was conducted by two very corrupted Madera County Sheriff's Deputies [Tolbert Campbell  and Karl Hancock] to which they showed the victims the line- up see next photograph Mr. Booth was not picked

PURE CORRUPTION

Do you know that Madera County has so many convictions based on false evidence. Can it be fixed?  Yes! Only if the Judges stop the District Attorney's from using corrupted evidence.

There are laws that District Attorney have to comply with,  such as

BRADY V. MARYLAND 63 US. THE STATES DISTRICT ATTORNEYS HAVE A DUTY TO TRUN OVER ALL THE EVIDENCE THAT TENS TO PROVE THE DEFENDANT DID NOT DO THE CRIME.

When the District Attorney does not comply with the Brady rules the court should provide a new trial. A fair trial

Development

Patrick Joseph Booth has am upcoming court hearing and needs your support.  The County of Madera, is working hard to prevent Mr.Booth, from briefing the court.  Madera County District Attorney SALLY O. MORENO,  knows of the corruption within her office.  As of  today's date she has not stopped the corruption in her office, nore does she believe that corruption could happen in the most corrupted County of California

MADERA COUNTY

DNA THAT [CAMPBELL and HANCOCK] PROVIDED, AND CLAIMED "CAME FROM THE CRIME SCENE" DON'T MATCH THE DNA THAT WAS COLLECTED BY CSI

NOW NOTICE THE BOTTLES THAT WERE LOCATED AT THE CRIME SCENE

  1. MUG ROOTBEER BOTTLE
  2. WILD CHERRY BOTTLE
  3. AQUAFINA WATER BOTTLE

DNA CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE

Notice: the three bottles that made it to the DOJ

Let's look at DNA.

CSI for Madera County Collected three bottles from the crime scene, As seen above. The three bottles that the Madera County Sheriff's Department provided to the DOJ are not from the crime scene. They testified the bottles were from the crime scene. However the photograph taken by CSI don't suport that testimony
